Being One-Self

I wrote a book on Being Oneness, the Art of Transformation. It is a companion guide to the Embodying Fluidity online course, whose point is to provide information on how to deconstruct the false self {persona/ego}. So, why would most people want to do that? Most popular answer: “They wouldn’t.” The thing is, if there is ever a thing at all, that the information now exists for anyone interested to dissolve what is not inner truth.

Being One-Self is not necessarily about being a singularity in particular. It is about letting the layers of survival programming and conditioned responsiveness fall away. What remains and continues is circuitry directly connected and one with our Essence. What is essential is always what makes the journey, so to speak. The other stuff? Roles, games, cool rides sometimes, and a lot of learning. Parts of you know this. Parts of you have lived these experiences. Parts of all of us crave the blessings of something new.

What part might be fun to play next?

My favorite quote from the Hindu epic, the Mahabharata, is: “What shall we play next?” This line comes at the epic dissolution of the grand battle of that teaching story. As all dissolves into the river of eternity, that idea is posited. Life is at such a juncture for us all. What shall we play next?

The essence of this query is, “What matters?” This is because what matters is always what manifests. Given.

I used to love solving geometric proofs, even though I found algebra stupid. Does the Universe solve for ‘x’? Please. I had loved maths until that point, numbers being hilariously inventive, infinite, and a language that can be understood in any culture. I know. Nerd. And then. the algebraic. All those equations? They did not matter. Human ways of labeling and explaining the ineffable did not matter. I was in 7th year at school. And so it began. Do humans really believe truth is subjective? What is real? And, as my experience of the Essential within already knew without mental knowing, what was the point of most of these endeavors?

No, it wasn’t an existential crisis, only an awakening. The human collective is having such an awakening now, only most have no idea. Or, too many ideas… which, as anyone can see, isn’t pretty.

What is being One-Self? Or do you prefer the term without the hyphen? Oneself? Are we one self? Is that possible? Is a particle not a droplet within rivulets, currents, and a larger wave, belonging to the Infinite sea?

Being Oneself is becoming the living awareness of the wave we move within. This is the journey.

As we witness a world floundering through its waking process, remember these few key bits.

Given: We are always taken care of. Gaia knows what she is about. Light is infinite intelligence and always knows what to do.

Being authentically in one’s own integrity is not about anything mental {pun intended}. It is about what is preciously and uniquely essential within each of us. Let that be. The rest is food for the tides.

Have a wonderful week.
