First We Dream

Today, I woke early from a curiously disturbing dream. I was lucid within this dream, wherein lay the ‘curious.’ I was trying to exit a city I knew quite well and couldn’t find the way out because everywhere I turned, everything was under construction. At one point, I attempted to walk down the top of a curving wall that was covered in what looked like opalescent snail slime but decided that route was too risky, at which point the wall turned into a sloping road, still covered in glowing goo. I asked Source for help. I used the tried and true “I just need help right now” mantra, which, of course, only works when there is no element of panic included.

At that moment, I realized I had asked for help and that all I needed to do was to leave the dream. I turned to try another route and saw the face of an older man peering from around the corner of a building. He seemed to be leaning out of a ground-floor corner office of some sort. I told him, “I know you. I don’t remember where or when, but I know you.” He replied with a calm, lengthy diatribe about how we had known one another in many lives and worlds. I found that odd, in that someone in a big muggle city would speak openly about these things. Then, another male, presumably his therapist, popped his head around the corner and pulled the other man inside. The alleged therapist said to me, “You’re next.” I took my leave, shaking my head and wondering, “What?” And then, the dreamscape went all various shades of grey again, so it was time to go.

Starstreams do dream in color, especially when we are in a dream transmission or alternate reality. It helps to be aware of the difference. The grey stuff? Largely inconsequential.

Why was the dream so odd? Consider the New Yorker who lives/works in Manhattan. This person knows the physical location of the office, preferred caffeine and food locations, etc. Other locations, including Grand Central, are ‘x’ blocks away. One is not lost, per se, only disoriented because surroundings appear to have changed, as they reflect changes in the inner landscape. As an experiment, should you find yourself in Grand Central Station, {or any main station anywhere in the world, like the Gare du Nord (ha!)} look up at the ceiling and notice what is shifting {or shifty}. The dome of Grand Central is a component of a mystical arena, a convergence of energies that alter realities. Shhh! It will be our secret. Just notice… then notice what no one else is noticing. Oh, and if you can do this in your sleeping dreams, it will be much more fun. Extrapolation into the waking dream is less shocky if you’ve “been there before.”

First, we dream. Our minds first notice metamorphosis in dreaming. In a lucid dream, things can seem odd or out of place, or the fact that the environment responds instantly to our thinking is weird but fun. Only notice, then feel, as in life, where your resonance is called. Practice not being distracted by what the dreamscape is clearing and releasing. The waking dream tends to take a bit of time because our belief systems run most strongly there. They are only habits, after all, and can be left behind. It is time to leave the old dreams behind!!!!!!!!! {the precious ones will take fresh forms}

I roused myself from the above-mentioned lucid dream after the encounter with the two ‘talking heads.’ That place between waking and sleeping holds precious data during a transition like Gaia’s, and I sought clarity. Not wanting to sink back into that particular dreamscape, I chose to meditate on the feeling of “what?” instead. Then I began to laugh. When do I listen to ‘talking heads,’ particularly patriarchal ones, anyway? Especially when they are spouting metaphysical factoids. Distraction-distraction-distraction. No, thank you. We need our wisdom, both the rising ancient currents and the downloads of celestial light. We don’t need more interpretive ‘facts’ about what is a Great Mystery.

What was Source’s answer? “Keep letting go.”

We don’t know where all this will go, or even what there is to know. And, our minds don’t know what they have not let go.

Perhaps dust off your dreaming skills. They are needed in the creation of new reality.

So much love and joy!
